Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program, the applications of our students who want to perform mobility from our University within the scope of Educational Mobility in the spring term of the 2024-2025 academic year will be received online through the platform structured by the Turkish National Agency. Application documents should not be submitted physically, but only uploaded to the relevant section of the Application Portal. You can access the application portal from turnaportal.ua.gov.tr webpage.
All applications will be made by taking into consideration the Bilateral Agreements valid for the Academic Period in which the application is made and updated on the E-Government Portal and their open quotas. All candidates will be ranked according to their weighted scores within the framework of the evaluation criteria specified below and the preference rankings they have created during the application will be considered as final. Application
The application form and other application documents and information must be prepared completely, approved by the Erasmus Coordinator of the relevant academic unit (Faculty / Institute) and uploaded to the portal (turnaportal.ua.gov.tr). Applications made with incomplete documents / information or without the signature / approval of the department Erasmus Coordinator are invalid.

General provisions
- Students who have not completed the first year of their undergraduate programs cannot benefit from the Erasmus+ study mobility activity.
- Students in their first semester of Master's or Doctorate programs can apply. In the evaluation of Master's 1st Year 1st Semester students, undergraduate graduation average will be taken as basis instead of General Academic Grade Point Average. In the evaluation of Doctorate 1st Year, 1st Semester students, master's graduation average will be taken as basis instead of General Academic Grade Point Average.
- Graduate students who want to participate in mobility during the thesis period must submit a letter of approval from their thesis advisor at ASBU stating that they can participate in mobility and a letter of approval from the university they will host stating that a suitable faculty member will follow their thesis activities.
- Students who will participate in the activity must be full-time students. Students are expected to be sent abroad to follow a program that is equivalent to 30 ECTS credits for one semester.
- It is the students' responsibility to learn the application and language requirements of the universities to which they intend to apply.
- Students should review the academic calendars of the universities to which they intend to apply.
- The compatibility of the courses with the university you plan to attend should be checked with the relevant department coordinator, and approval should be obtained from the Erasmus coordinator in the relevant academic unit.
- All mobilities must be completed before the project completion date of 31.07.2025.
Requirements for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies Applications
- The student must be a full-time student registered in a higher education program at any of the formal education levels (first, second or third level) within the university
- The student must have at least 30 ECTS course load for one semester as of the period of mobility.
- The cumulative academic grade point average of undergraduate students must be at least 2.50/4,
- The cumulative academic grade point average of graduate (masters or doctorate) students must be at least 3.00/4,
- Reasons such as the student receiving disciplinary punishment, being an 'irregular' student or having a retake do not prevent them from benefiting from the Erasmus+ program.

Calculating the Grants
-
Each student can receive a maximum of 3 months of grant. 80% of this grant is paid after the necessary documents are submitted to the office before departure.

The remaining 20% grant is paid after the activity is successfully completed and the relevant documents are submitted to the office.

The exact activity period is calculated according to the activity start-end dates on the participation certificate and the entry-exit dates on the passport.

There is a deduction in the grants of students who do not fulfill their responsibilities and/or are unsuccessful. The deduction amount is determined fairly as a result of the evaluation made by our University's Exchange Commission after examining the student's situation.
Qutas for Departments
1 education grant has been allocated to each department within the scope of the 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000126182 Project. The evaluation of applications from postgraduate programs will be carried out within the quota of the departments considered relevant by the Commission.
